Gift Ideas: The Guy that has Everything.

Hey Frenchies!

Men I feel are notoriously hard to buy for, however if you are currently struggling what to buy for that Birthday/ Christmas/ Anniversary gift, look no further! I have complied a little list along with Mr French Grey Lifestyle to help you along!

1. The Sneaky Swig.

Swig hip flasks are the practical gift for the guy in your life. Coming in a range of designs (including Harris Tweed) there is one to suit the most discerning gentleman. Each hip flask has their own unique code and can also be engraved. To find out more, click here.

Ok so you’ve decided, I’m going for the hip flask, you need some booze to go in it. In consultation with Mr French Grey lifestyle, some of his favourite tipples are Williams Chase Gin and Bruichladdich Single Malt, we think your Mr will like them too.

 2. Just on Time

Some may be a bit superstitious gifting a watch, however, whats not to like about this elegant Daniel Wellington watch?

Better still with interchangeable straps, that is a few more gifting occasions sorted…your are welcome.

3. The Style Bible.

The Mr Porter Paperback: The Manual for a Stylish Life, was a gift to my husband last Christmas and he LOVES it. It has a little bit of everything, from watches to fashion, advice on mostly everything. It’s a great witty read and interesting coffee table book, what’s not to like?

4. For the Travelling Man.

Mr French Grey Lifestyle travels a lot with work, so he is lucky to get the benefit of nice travel wallets etc., unfortunately my passport doesn’t see as much action at the moment. This Alphabet Bags wash bag is the perfect gift of the man who is here, there and everywhere.

5. Cosy Toesies.
In our house, Sunday’s are for loungewear, brunch and Sunday Morning love songs on radio two.

I love this Polo Ralph Lauren dressing gown, with these Hugo Boss Lounge pants and to top it all off these super cute socks! *Adds to basket*.

6. Leafing Through.

In this increasingly digital age, how about a subscription to his favourite magazine? Something to look forward to in the snail mail, instead of bills and pizza flyers!

7. Smelling Sweet.

A good quality aftershave is a must, and everyone needs a signature scent. Mr French Grey Lifestyles favourite is Hermes, however I really like Bleu de Chanel and Dior Homme Sport, they all have a similar masculine, woody musk that I just love.

8. A Gift for Two.

A cheeky little weekend break is a gift you can get the benefit of too! Did someone say Paris?

I hope you enjoyed my little gift giving ideas. Big thank you to SWIG who kindly gave me a hip flask for Mr FGL to try out. It was definitely a winner in our household!

Do you always struggle gift ideas for the guy in your life or as a guy have you received something a bit unusual?

Much love,

Judy xo
